About the job
Manages full-cycle recruiting for Capital One’s Students & Grads team, sourcing and guiding candidates while advising hiring partners and supporting recruiting initiatives.
What you'll do
- Plan, source, coordinate, and execute all stages of recruitment; manage candidates and maintain accurate high-volume candidate data.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leads, and stakeholders on talent needs, hiring strategy, and recruiting updates.
- Contribute to recruiting projects and use innovative sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
