About the job
Leads regional operational delivery of technical payment-acceptance strategy across Latin America, the Caribbean and Mexico, managing a team that identifies and resolves acceptance failures across the merchant-to-acquirer ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop operational staff, setting goals and managing performance and capacity.
- Direct regional diagnosis and remediation of acceptance issues, including root-cause analysis, recovery validation and lessons learned.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and establish monitoring KPIs, reporting, playbooks, escalation paths and operating controls.
