Leads and develops a team recruiting for Business Analyst programs, translating recruiting strategy into execution and overseeing season management, stakeholder partnerships, and candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Coach recruiters and Recruiting Leads, and support their development and execution of recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate recruiting-season planning and execution, monitor hiring goals, and surface risks, opportunities, and solutions.
- Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and recruiting teams; use data and market insights to improve recruiting and report on performance.
