About the job
Develop and execute US Card growth, product, marketing, and credit-risk strategies using rigorous analysis, while coordinating cross-functional delivery and potentially managing analysts.
What you'll do
- Develop growth, profitability, product, and pricing strategies; lead product modeling and analytics.
- Lead marketing and customer-experience initiatives, and improve credit performance through risk models, hypothesis testing, and monitoring.
- Manage business requirements and multiple projects, partnering across functions; may coach and manage 1–2 analysts.

$164,800 - $188,100 USD base salary; $149,800 - $171,000 USD base salary; $179,700 - $205,100 USD base salary; $149,800 - $171,000 USD base salary
