What you'll do
- Engage with guests, explain Capital One products and services, and help them use digital banking tools and resolve technology issues.
- Host or support local financial-health events and build community connections.
- Advocate for customers, resolve issues and escalations in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements, and support nearby Cafés as needed.
