What you'll do
- Engage with guests, explain Capital One products and services, and help customers use digital banking tools and resolve technology issues.
- Host and support local financial-health events and foster an inclusive community environment.
- Advocate for customers, resolve issues and complaints, and de-escalate escalated situations while meeting compliance requirements.
