Engage Café guests, guide them through Capital One’s digital banking tools, resolve customer issues, and support community events and financial health programs.
What you'll do
- Connect with guests and explain Capital One products and services through conversation, without traditional sales quotas.
- Help customers use digital banking tools, troubleshoot technology, and resolve complaints or escalated issues in line with compliance requirements.
- Host or support local events and maintain a welcoming, inclusive Café environment; assist other Cafés as needed.
