Guides Café guests through Capital One’s digital banking tools, supports customer issue resolution, and builds community through service and local events.
What you'll do
- Engage with guests, explain Capital One products and services, and help them use digital banking tools and troubleshoot technology issues.
- Resolve customer problems and escalations in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Host or support community events and maintain an inclusive guest experience; assist other Café locations as needed.
