About the job
Provides second-line compliance risk advice and oversight for Capital One’s New to Credit credit card business, supporting compliant product development, business growth, and operations.
What you'll do
- Advise business leaders on compliance risks, product and process changes, controls, and remediation.
- Assess and validate controls, including UDAAP reviews, and evaluate audit, regulatory exam, and self-identified issues.
- Support compliance program monitoring, reporting, training, governance, and risk data analysis.
