About the job
Executes risk-based compliance transaction testing to independently validate business adherence to complaints-handling procedures and the Enterprise Complaints Standard.
What you'll do
- Conduct and document targeted transaction tests, analyze data, and develop methods to test large data populations.
- Manage testing schedules and review peers’ transaction tests for accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Work with Compliance Advisors and business areas, and communicate results to Compliance Officers as needed.
