Partners with auto dealers and the sales team to grow and retain Navigator Platform subscriptions through customer enablement, training, troubleshooting, and ROI discussions.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and POD team to develop market strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Support Navigator Platform sales and own customer adoption and retention, including training, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
- Visit dealerships to build relationships and deliver customer enablement.
