About the job
Leads and develops a team of Dealer Success Managers, overseeing training, performance, policy compliance, and service to auto dealers in partnership with regional sales teams.

- Manage, coach, and develop Dealer Success Managers, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Train and provide ongoing development for team members, and ensure understanding of and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Take accountability for team performance and productivity, and communicate across the organization, including with senior leadership.
