What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop Dealer Success Managers, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.
- Lead new-hire training and ongoing education, and ensure team understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee team performance and productivity, communicate across the organization, and collaborate with regional sales and relationship teams.
