Partners with auto dealers and sales teams to grow and retain Navigator Platform subscribers through customer adoption, training, troubleshooting, and ROI discussions.
What you'll do
- Coordinate market strategies and sales goals with the Area Sales Manager and POD team.
- Own customer adoption and retention, including platform setup, training, process improvement, and troubleshooting.
- Visit dealerships in the Memphis metro area to build relationships and enable customers; travel up to 50%.
