About the job
Leads the Generative AI Training team building and operating the platform for large-scale foundation-model training, fine-tuning, experimentation, deployment, and evaluation.
What you'll do
- Oversee distributed training systems, GPU scheduling and efficiency, resilience, and self-service model environments.
- Set technical direction and make build-versus-buy and GPU capacity and cost-governance decisions.
- Lead and develop engineering teams, scale shared AI practices, and establish Responsible AI standards with research, compliance, and risk partners.
