What you'll do
- Serve as the enterprise legal subject matter expert on business credit antidiscrimination, CRA, HMDA, and Section 1071.
- Advise business units and support departments on fair lending initiatives and compliance programs.
- Lead legal advocacy on CRA, HMDA, and Section 1071 rulemakings and support the Community Benefits Plan.
