Provides second-line compliance risk advice and oversight to business lines, helping them meet applicable laws and regulations and manage compliance controls, issues, and remediation.

- Advise business lines on regulatory requirements, controls, monitoring, projects, and compliance program development.
- Review complaints, risks, controls, assessments, and audit or regulatory issues; guide remediation and escalate where needed.
- Conduct targeted compliance validations and reviews, analyze compliance data, and contribute to senior leadership reporting.
