Leads the Privacy Compliance team supporting Capital One Auto, advising the business on privacy risk and overseeing compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
What you'll do
- Assess business initiatives, products, and processes for compliance with privacy laws and advise on risk.
- Advise on regulatory developments, compliance findings, remediation, consumer complaints, and trends in compliance data.
- Lead team delivery under the compliance management program and work with business partners to influence processes, procedures, and controls.
