- Drive project phases from feasibility and planning through implementation and closeout, maintaining complete project documentation.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to coordinate delivery, influence teams, and manage competing priorities.
- Develop and lead associates, set team strategy, and use metrics to assess operational efficiency, team health, and partnership effectiveness.
