Manages and coaches a regional auto finance sales team, driving sales performance, customer relationships, production efficiency, and compliance.
What you'll do
- Manage and provide field coaching to a team of up to 10 Area Sales Managers to meet sales objectives.
- Coordinate with Sales Management and engage key customers to improve production and generate incremental originations.
- Oversee adherence to sales policies and procedures and ensure compliant actions.
