About the job
Operates production equipment to prepare, inspect, and mail customer statements, letters, checks, and cards at an onsite processing center.
What you'll do
- Set up and operate production equipment, maintain workflow, and troubleshoot basic and intermediate program or system malfunctions.
- Inspect mail pieces, perform production quality checks, and document job completion or damaged items.
- Maintain supplies and manually prepare documents for mailing; may support training and workflow questions after becoming proficient.
