Leads engineering teams and projects to design, build, and operate cloud-based full-stack and microservices solutions, while setting technical standards and improving system performance.
What you'll do
- Lead technology projects and developers delivering full-stack and distributed microservices solutions that meet regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to deliver cloud-based solutions and define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
- Set engineering standards, mentor team members, and drive refactoring, performance improvements, and technical strategy.
