What you'll do
- Lead technology projects and developers, setting engineering standards and providing technical direction across Agile teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to build cloud-based solutions and define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
- Improve system performance and reduce technical debt through refactoring, technology evaluation, and operational excellence.
