What you'll do
- Lead technology projects and developers delivering distributed microservices and full-stack solutions.
- Set technical standards and provide direction across Agile teams; partner with architects on service boundaries, integrations, and reusable frameworks.
- Improve systems through refactoring, technical-debt reduction, performance work, and evaluation of emerging tools and practices.
