Build and evolve the shared platform architecture and services powering Capital One Travel products, leading engineering work across teams and distributed systems.
What you'll do
- Lead technology projects and developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems; set standards for design, development, and operations.
- Partner with product teams and architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, reusable frameworks, and platform direction.
- Improve system performance and reduce technical debt through refactoring, technical leadership, and evaluation of emerging tools.
