Lead cross-functional engineering projects involving distributed microservices and full-stack systems; establish engineering standards and operational excellence.
Partner with product managers and architects to deliver cloud solutions and define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
Improve system performance and reduce technical debt through refactoring, technology evaluation, mentoring, and operational improvements.
