Leads engineering teams and technology projects to build and operate cloud-based, full-stack systems and microservices that meet regulatory needs and deliver customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead technology projects and developers, setting engineering standards and providing technical direction across Agile teams.
- Partner with product managers and architects to design and deliver cloud solutions, service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
- Improve system performance and reduce technical debt through refactoring, technology evaluation, mentoring, and operational ownership.
