Leads engineering projects and teams to design and deliver reliable, large-scale cloud and full-stack systems for Capital One’s People Tech portfolio.
What you'll do
- Lead diverse technology projects and developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems that meet regulatory needs.
- Shape system architecture and technology direction, and lead end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale distributed or cloud-native systems.
- Partner with product managers, architects, and product leaders on cloud solutions, platform roadmaps, and shared services; mentor engineers.

$229,900 - $262,400 USD base salary; $209,000 - $238,500 USD base salary
