Provides accurate branch transactions and welcoming customer service while guiding clients toward digital banking tools and suitable banking solutions.
What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments accurately while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
- Teach customers to use digital banking tools and identify needs to connect them with relevant tools or banking solutions.
- Welcome and assist customers; support nearby branches and work flexible schedules, including weekends.
