What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments accurately while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
- Teach clients to use mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments; identify their needs and connect them with relevant tools or banking solutions.
- Welcome and assist customers, support nearby branches as needed, and work a flexible schedule that may include weekends.
