Provides accurate branch transactions, customer service, and guidance on digital banking tools and appropriate banking solutions.
What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments accurately while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
- Educate customers about digital banking tools and identify needs to connect them with relevant tools or banking solutions.
- Welcome and assist customers in the branch and support nearby branches as needed.
