What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments accurately while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
- Teach clients to use digital banking tools, including mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
- Greet and assist customers, identify their needs, and connect them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
