What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
- Help customers use mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, and connect their needs with digital tools or banking solutions.
- Greet and assist customers; support nearby branches as needed and work flexible schedules, including weekends.
