Provide accurate banking transactions, guide customers on digital banking tools, identify their financial needs, and deliver welcoming in-branch service.
What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments accurately while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
- Teach customers to use digital banking tools and recommend suitable tools or banking solutions based on their goals.
- Welcome and assist customers in the branch, and support other branches as needed within a 50-mile radius.
