What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments accurately while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients about digital banking tools and connect their needs with suitable digital tools or banking solutions.
- Welcome and assist customers in the branch, including supporting nearby branches as needed.
