What you'll do
- Process cash transactions and negotiable instruments while following security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards.
- Teach customers to use mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments; identify customer needs and connect them with relevant tools or banking solutions.
- Greet and assist customers, support nearby branches within a 50-mile radius as needed, and work a flexible schedule.
