Advises HR and business partners on risk management, using technology, automation, and analytics to improve HR risk processes and reporting and support compliance with employment and privacy laws.
What you'll do
- Support HR risk assessments, controls, issues and events, audits, regulatory changes, and required enterprise assessments.
- Build automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting to streamline risk tracking and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business partners on policies, regulatory applicability, and process documentation.
