Leads technical project execution and Agile delivery for digital product implementation teams, managing backlogs, releases, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, alignment meetings, demos, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sign-off on accepted deliverables.
- Manage team capacity, release plans, delivery metrics, and Jira backlogs; shield implementation teams from disruptive changes.
- Coordinate stakeholders and engineering partners, resolve roadblocks and dependencies, and use API and backend knowledge for sizing, impact assessments, and troubleshooting.

Pay
$120,800 - $137,900 USD base salary (McLean, VA); $109,900 - $125,400 USD base salary (Richmond, VA); $109,900 - $125,400 USD base salary (Riverwoods, IL)
