What you'll do
- Plan and conduct connected studies and establish mechanisms for gathering user intelligence.
- Use and evolve research agents and platforms to deliver rapid discovery, concept, content, and usability testing.
- Partner with research operations and cross-functional teams on continuous discovery, UX measurement, data synthesis, and actionable insights.
