What you'll do
- Manage assigned projects’ timelines, CapEx budgets, change orders, quality control, and construction risks.
- Coordinate contractors and cross-functional teams; deliver projects to Substantial Completion and Certificate of Occupancy and manage formal handover.
- Apply program construction standards and contract requirements, and compile project data for portfolio reporting.
