About the job
Provides second-line privacy compliance advice and risk oversight for Capital One’s global payment network and international operations.
What you'll do
- Advise and challenge business lines on privacy risks, controls, monitoring, remediation, and compliance implications of initiatives and changes.
- Map applicable international privacy laws and regulatory requirements to global processes, product expansion, and cross-border data flows.
- Monitor privacy developments and support compliance testing, complaints remediation, and reporting.
