Manages and negotiates procurement and outsourcing contracts and advises Capital One’s Enterprise Supplier Management team on related legal and business matters.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate procurement transactions; identify legal issues and risks and coordinate appropriate contract terms.
- Advise ESM and legal stakeholders on internal procedures, and maintain controlled transaction processes and strong working relationships.
- Coordinate outside counsel, report on trends and metrics, provide training, and support procurement risk gate meetings.
