Manages Community Development activity data, qualification, documentation, and process improvements to support Capital One’s CRA objectives and examinations.
What you'll do
- Analyze and validate Community Development activities, maintain complete documentation, and safeguard data integrity through quality reviews.
- Support CRA examinations, audits, controls testing, process documentation, and improvements to qualification workflows.
- Advise internal partners and participate in technology projects related to regulatory compliance.

Plano, TX: $122,100 - $139,400 USD base salary; McLean, VA: $134,400 - $153,300 USD base salary; Richmond, VA: $122,100 - $139,400 USD base salary
