Own and advance a governed account-data product, using analytics and data analysis to improve customer experiences, operations, and decision-making while leading analysts.
What you'll do
- Mine and analyze large datasets to evaluate products, processes, and initiatives, and identify data, reporting, and operational improvements.
- Consult on the design and implementation of production and data-storage systems; develop and run strategic tests.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts and collaborate across business units on data-product strategy and delivery.
