Leads HR-focused data analysis and analytics projects, using data and models to improve organizational processes, reporting, and decision-making while guiding junior analysts.
What you'll do
- Mine and analyze large, complex datasets to evaluate processes, products, and initiatives.
- Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements; consult on production and data-storage systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts while collaborating across business units and managing project life cycles.
