Build and lead a global First Line Health & Safety governance program across Global Workplace Services, strengthening consistency, accountability, compliance, and risk management.
What you'll do
- Develop and mature the global governance program, roadmap, policies, standards, and accountability model.
- Monitor health and safety risks, compliance, controls, and corrective actions; coordinate responses to significant regulatory events, inspections, and inquiries.
- Lead regional and cross-functional stakeholder alignment, reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
