About the job
Advises HR business partners on risk policies and programs, supports enterprise risk management activities, and helps ensure employment and privacy law compliance and accurate risk documentation.
What you'll do
- Support HR risk assessments, controls, issues and events, audits, exams, and enterprise assessments.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance on regulatory applicability and changes affecting employment and privacy laws.
- Maintain HR risk and process documentation, policies, controls, and reporting in systems including FUSE and Wdesk.

$151,900 - $173,400 USD base salary (McLean, VA); $138,100 - $157,700 USD base salary (Richmond, VA)
