- Consult with business clients and HR partners on people strategy, HR processes, reporting, and HR-related issues.
- Coach managers on leadership, organizational design, and performance concerns; provide strategic consulting and workforce planning.
- Support performance and talent management, leadership development, change management, and efforts to foster inclusion and belonging.
