What you'll do
- Manage operational deliverables, production escalations, reporting, and SLA tracking across recruiting platforms.
- Maintain user documentation, SOPs, training, and release-readiness resources in partnership with Product Management.
- Oversee recruiting technology vendors and platform compliance with internal risk standards and external requirements.

Pay
$151,900 - $173,400 USD base salary (McLean, VA); $138,100 - $157,700 USD base salary (Richmond, VA)
