Leads the training, change-management, and adoption strategy for integrating AI and Generative AI into Card Operations workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and execute AI readiness campaigns, including training, change communications, and reinforcement resources for agents and leaders.
- Partner with business, enterprise learning, and change stakeholders to align enablement with operational needs and business goals.
- Develop readiness measures and feedback loops to evaluate adoption and improve enablement efforts.
